The Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe) qualification, PSPA(Z), is offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ).  The programme is delivered through a collaboration between ICAZ, the Public Service Academy, and Ellchart Business School as the education service provider. Participants who successfully complete the programme earn the ICAZ Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe) designation and are also eligible for recognition as Registered Public Accountants by the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB).
