The Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe) – PSPA(Z) qualification, administered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ), equips finance leaders with the skills to drive accountability and performance in the public sector. This one-of-a-kind program is delivered in partnership with ICAZ, the Public Service Academy (PSA), and Ellchart, the official learning provider. Upon completion, participants are awarded the highly respected ICAZ Public Sector Professional Accountant (Zimbabwe) designation. They also gain recognition from the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB) as Registered Public Accountants, a credential that strengthens professional credibility and opens doors to senior roles in public sector financial management.
